Actions have consequences. We know that, don’t we?
Being able to anticipate the outcome if we proceed upon a certain course is a skill that we learn as we navigate childhood. We afford a certain amount of clemency to the young, respecting their immaturity, but we expect grown-ups to know better. Yet, why do so many adults disregard those consequences when performing those actions? They blunder on, talking and acting in ways that will injure others?
Is it accidental? Or do they realise exactly what the outcome will be?
Perhaps they know just how much they are going to hurt someone else?
Perhaps they are very aware of the consequences?
This collection of short stories explores the consequences of actions taken by one human being against another.
